Lucien Frits Ohl
(1904 - 1976)
Dutch painter who was avctive in the Dutch Indies. He lived and worked in Palembang, Jakarta and Yogyakarta.
Productive painter who became known only from 1990 onwards because of the many auctions worldwide presenting Indonsian Art.
His favorite subjects were people under or near a waringin tree, people working in the rice fields and boats on the see.
