Theo Meier
(1908 - 1982)
Important artist-painter from Switserland. After finishing the Art-Academy he travelled to Asia, where he decided to live on Bali. In 1961 he met and married a Thai woman with who he went on to live in Thailand, although every year he made short visits back to Bali. He was the co-author of the book 'Bali, Insel der Gotter und Demonen' from (Silva Verlag 1975).
His colorful paintings are in high demand at International Auctions.
